Orders & Quotations

All quotations are based on the details provided by the customer. Prices may change depending on quantity, material, customization, shipping, and production requirements.

Production Approval

Customers are responsible for checking and approving sizes, artwork, colors, specifications, and order details before production starts.

Payments

Production may begin after agreed payment terms are completed. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed invoice terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to shipping carriers, customs, material availability, or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Custom manufactured products are generally non returnable unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error caused by Fabrivoxlab. Claims should be reported shortly after delivery.

Intellectual Property

Customers must make sure they have the right to use any logos, artwork, text, or designs submitted for production. Fabrivoxlab is not responsible for unauthorized content provided by customers.
