Refund & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to know where they stand before placing an order with Fabrivoxlab. Our work is mostly custom based, so many items are produced only after we receive your requirements. That means refund and exchange requests are handled differently from ready stock products.
Orders Made for You
Most orders are created using the details you provide, such as size, color, logo, artwork, fabric choice, print style, packaging, or quantity. Because these products are prepared on request, they normally cannot be returned once production has started.
If You Need to Cancel
Please contact us quickly if you wish to cancel. If the order has not entered production, cancellation is usually possible. If materials have been purchased or work has already started, a partial charge may apply for completed work or purchased stock.
Refund Requests
We review refunds fairly. A refund may be possible if:
• We sent the wrong product
• The item arrived with a clear manufacturing fault
• Your confirmed customization was missed because of our error
• We are unable to complete the order after payment
Every request is checked based on the order record and shared evidence.
Exchange Requests
A replacement may be offered when:
• A different item was delivered
• Size or specifications do not match the confirmed order because of our mistake
• There is an obvious production issue
Please contact us soon after receiving the parcel.
What Is Not Included
We usually cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind after order approval
• Small color variation caused by screen brightness or display settings
• Wrong details sent by the customer
• Damage caused after delivery
• Courier delays, customs holds, or shipping interruptions beyond our control

Please send the following so we can help faster:
• Your name
• Order number
• Photos showing the issue
• Brief explanation
Once received, our team will review everything and respond with the available solution.
Return Shipping
If the problem was caused by us, we will advise the best return or replacement process. If the issue is outside our responsibility, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent within a reasonable time through the original payment method or another agreed option.
